2. Sub-regional stock and supply system
- JICA provided ICT test kits and DEC tablets.
- Albendazole tablets were donated by GSK.
- 91,000 ICT test cards, 27,890,000 DEC tablets, 1,709,700 albendazole tablets were distributed to countries from PacELF warehouse in Fiji.

5. Training and meetings
- PacELF 7th annual meeting was held in Suva, Fiji, from 22nd to 26th of August 2005.
6. Technical Collaboration and Scientific Basis
- PacELF monitoring and evaluation group with Emory University LF Support Center, CDC, and Institute Louis Malarde
- Consultants and collaborators
Mr. Jonathan King, Dr Patricia Graves, Dr Jeffery Hii, Jeffery Talbot and Kosuke Nakamura worked in the PacELF member countries.
7. PacCARE (PacELF Coordination and Programme Review Group)
- PacCARE 7th meeting was held in Suva, Fiji, on August 26th 2005.
- Country activities were reviewed.
8. Implementations of the country activities
- Cook Islands, Niue, and Vanuatu conducted their final prevalence survey to assess the impact of 5 MDAs.
- MDA was conducted in eight countries
(6th MDA: French Polynesia. 5th MDA: American Samoa, Kiribati, Tonga, and Tuvalu. 4th MDA: Fiji and Wallis & Futuna. 1st MDA: Papua New Guinea.)
9. Partnership and External Relations
- GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) provided financial support.
- The Japanese Government granted Japan’s Grant Assistance for Grassroots Project “GGP” funding through the Embassy of Japan in Fiji.
- JICA supported the programme by supplying ICT test kits and DEC tablets, and through JOCV volunteers.
- UNDP supported the programme by providing United Nations Volunteer (UNV).
